This $12.1 million project included new construction of a headworks facility, filters, a chlorine contact system, oxidation ditches and clarifiers. Miscellaneous site structures including a storage facility and an odor control facility were also included in the contract, as was all yard piping. Our notice to proceed was in November 2002 and all work was completed by November 2004.
