Alder built this 37,800 square foot warehouse with an initial floor plan of six individual suites. During construction we were approached by FastKart Indoor Speedway who was hoping to rent out the entire facility. With some creating planning we made it work for FastKart while still maintaining flexibility to return to a multi-tenant warehouse building.
