Project 4C included the construction of a new 6.6 million gallon aeration basin with associated sluice/slide gates, splitter box and electrical room. A new 12,600 square foot blower building that will house five 900 h.p. blowers was built as well. All construction as well as the new pump stations, yard piping and electrical work was completed by Alder Construction in the  summer of 2008.
