PAYSON CITY WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADE AND EXPANSION

Payson City currently collects and treats all wastewater for all the incorporated area of Payson City by means of collection lines, trunk lines and lift stations, including the cities of Elk Ridge and Woodland Hills. With the anticipated growth in the south end of Utah County and throughout Payson City, there is a need for the existing wastewater treatment plant to be expanded and updated.  Early work included the installation of a temporary screw press, dewatering, and the construction of a new Water Department building, and we are now working on a new oxidation ditch, anaerobic tanks, secondary clarifiers, and a new filter building.  Alder Construction is honored to have been selected to accomplish this update!
