1. Bid documents for the WVWCD Quail Creek Water Treatment Plant 90 MGD Expansion and Ozone Addition Phase 3 are now available at the following link:
Please note that the Volume 5 and Volume 6 drawings are each split into eight separate parts (sixteen files total for both Volumes).
A pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for April 16, 2026 at 10:00AM. Bids are due May 21, 2026 at 1:00PM local time. Bid opening is the next day at May 22, 2026 at 10:00AM.
2. Bid documents for the Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility (CVWRF) 2026 Sie Improvements project are now available at the following link:
Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2026 Site Improvements will be received, from prequalified Bidders only, by Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility (CVWRF), at the office of the Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility, 800 W. Central Valley Road, Salt Lake City, UT 84119 until 2 P.M local time on April 9, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
A pre-bid conference and sequencing review will be held at 2 P.M local time on March 17, 2026 at the
Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility, 800 W. Central Valley Road, Salt Lake City, Utah 84119.
Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. Invited Bidders not in attendance will be deemed
un-responsive and any submitted Bids will be returned un-opened.
3. Addendum #2 for the TSSD GMP 4 - Digester Complex is now available at the following link: \Timpanogos Special Sewer District\TSSD GMP4\TSSD GMP4 Addendum 2
Bid date and time for this project remains set as Thursday, 10/16/2025 at 2pm MST. All questions were due October 3rd, 2025, and this is the Final Addendum.
***This project will fall under the Buy America Build America, Apprenticeship, and certified payroll requirements. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS AND VENDORS WILL HAVE TO FOLLOW THESE REQUIREMENTS.***
