Project Coordinator - Timpanogos

We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will play a crucial role at Alder Construction, providing essential support to the field operations team. This position involves handling jobsite administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, a solid understanding of general administrative procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Support Project Managers with various tasks, including record keeping, photos and document gathering.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for their monthly reporting and pay applications.
• Create and maintain project checklist.
• Attend and take notes for project team meetings, including Owner meetings and Subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Maintain close communication with Field Operations and Payroll Manager.
• Assist with monthly budget reporting and job cost coding.
• Track timecards and Davis Bacon hours.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) record-keeping requirements for Davis Bacon.
• Oversee and track Apprentice Program.
• Provide HR support for the jobsite, assisting with onboarding and separations.
• Track jobsite PTO and Holiday pay for employees on your project.
• Other Administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:
• Bilingual -Spanish (Preferred)
• Proficiency in basic Word and Excel applications
• On-site position (no remote work available).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
