Provo WATRR Center

Alder Construction was recently awarded the GM/GC contract for Provo City for their upgrades to the Provo WATRR Center. This project will be located on their existing site and will include two packages. The first package commenced Summer 2020 and included demolition, ground improvements, electrical improvements and other work. Early 2021 saw the beginning of Phase 2--the main construction package--and it includes a new fine screen building and new membrane bioreactor structure. Early procurement of main equipment has been underway. The Construction Budget for this project is 90+ Million Dollars.

This project includes SRF funding and is subject to American Iron and Steel Requirements, prevailing wages and more.
