CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT CWP VINEYARD GROUNDWATER POLISHING PLANT

Alder Construction is proud to be nearing completion of the Central Utah Water Conservancy District CWP Vineyard Groundwater Polishing Plant. The video playing in the background was taken Thursday, February 26th, 2026.

This landmark project has included the construction of a 60 MGD water polishing facility, associated yard piping, residual handling facilities, and modifications to the existing office building. The polishing facility features a pre-engineered steel building housing skid-mounted pressure vessels and advanced treatment systems designed to enhance regional water quality and reliability.

The project also included integration with the existing chlorination system, construction of a new chlorination vault, and installation of all associated process piping, HVAC, electrical systems, paving, and site improvements required for a complete and fully functional facility. Construction began in April 2023 and is on track for full operation in Q1 2026. This has been an incredible project, and one that will serve the Vineyard community for decades to come!
